CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
INSIGHTFUL YOGA LEVEL 1&2:  Thurs at 5:30 pm. Taught by Gayle Jann. gayle@yogaatyourplace.net
Learn alignment principles for a healthy body and calm mind. At times the class will move with a slow flow
and other times we may spend more time going deeper into individual poses. Modifications will be given to

BEGINNERS LEVEL ANUSARA YOGA with Joe Taft:  Mondays at 5:45 pm Ongoing. This 6 week
series is especially designed for the beginner or those not familiar with this style of yoga. If you are

YOGA FOR EVERYONE with Mado Hesselink: Thurs at 9:45am $7. These classes move at a slower
pace and are therefore accessible to most people and adaptable for those with injuries. If you are

YOGA for Strength and Toning with Gayle Jann: Weds from 12:00-1:30 pm. Begins April 20th. This
6 week series will concentrate on strengthing your core muscles including your abdominals, back, hip and
